This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled on TorshaPlus, a brand operated by i-KRAB e-sol Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order on www.torshaplus.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🛒 Order Cancellation by Customer

✅ Before Order Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately.

  • Cancellation requests must be made via:

  • Once confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.

❌ After Order Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

In such cases, you may:

  • Refuse delivery (for eligible orders)

  • Apply for return after delivery (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

⚠️ Note:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders refused without a valid reason, return shipping or handling charges may be deducted.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • COD Orders:
    Refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer or UPI after return verification.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled in the following cases:

  • Order already dispatched

  • Customised or special-order products (if mentioned on product page)

  • Bulk or heavy items once shipping is initiated

🏪 Cancellation by TorshaPlus

TorshaPlus reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing error

  • Payment issues

  • Address not serviceable

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases:

  • The customer will be notified

  • A full refund will be issued (if payment was made)
