🛒 Order Cancellation by Customer

✅ Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel an order only before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

❌ Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

In such cases, customers may:

Refuse delivery (where applicable), or
Request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Torsha Plus reserves the right to deduct applicable return shipping or handling charges.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Bulk or heavy items once shipping has started

If cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
